competition everywhere

I wish there was a competition for being the laziest or most uncompetitive. But then again, I would want to win that, so it'd be a ridiculous piece of irony.

Finding out I love my major in a non-mainstream form. Been living my academic life the wrong way! Still looking for myself high and low. Best pieces of advice I've constructed for myself this semester: (feel free to add whatever you think are the most important ideas to live by and I'll try to take it to heart.... even though from experience, people have definitely told me all this, but I could never grasp it until now)

1. Look at the big picture. Don't sweat the small stuff. (And therefore, prioritize)
2. Be open-minded.
3. Don't be afraid to speak.
4. skincare > cosmetics!
5. Learn to say no.
